I ordered this bike for my son to use for college. I expected it to be underpowered because it was so inexpensive and I was really surprised at how powerful the motor is. The battery life is better for me than the specifications (I weigh 160 lbs). The bike is heavy, but the quality is much better than I expected with little touches like screws already in for accessories. I put a cargo stand on it and needed no extra screws. The battery installation and removal is easy, it just slides in and out. It has a lock to lock the battery in place. My first ride was 15+ miles with minimal peddling over relatively flat ground and it used less than half the battery capacity. The controls have a speedometer, a trip gauge and an odometer. I am impressed with this bike for the money.

Great so far! I don’t usually write reviews, but I’ve had this product for one day so it’s still new, but so far very impressed very easy to put together out of the box, delivery was a day early👍 I ran it 10 miles uphill’s, downhill’s, bike paths and trails with no issues. Speed was good 20 miles an hour easy. In PAS mode, all you have to do is keep the pedals moving and it keeps you at 20 miles an hour. Like I said, I don’t write reviews ever but I read them every time I make a large purchase so I take reviews very seriously and honestly I feel great about this purchase so far. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've ridden Elby e-bikes which are like 5X more expensive and honestly i think i would prefer this bike. It's very durable and has more power than expected. I even took it out on some local mountain bike trails (which I was VERY nervous and worried the bike would break) but it handled it great. No issues rolling over large tree roots or bumpy terrain and it climbs great. The battery life is better than I thought it would be. I rode about 15 miles using max pedal assist and some throttle and still had 3 out of 5 bars left. So it has some incredible range. Only thing I wish was different is that the angle of the handle bars was easier to change. I had to buy a second allen key because it requires 2 to change it and it only comes with one. Would be nice if it was similar to the seat in the way of adjusting it. But overall I would highly recommend this e-bike.

I just got the bike today, which was a lot earlier than expected. Riding it was very fun and I cannot wait to commute to work in under 10 minutes. I am kind of disappointed that I did not get a bell like other people, but I guess that’s fine. The only main issue and nuisance I had was building it. The seat was the main issue. Inserting it into the bike took about 30 minutes with constant scraping of the black paint and twisting back and forth. I finally got it where I wanted it. I’ll update the review after a few weeks as an update.

Revising my review to positive. It was my fault blaming the stem rise too early. I think this e-bike are nice and well detailed. The wheels are well balance, the gears are in decent class. Even the seats are surprisingly detailed. It can be pump to a comfort level. I already fell in love with the bike so I bought accessories including the stem rise and front seats for my son. Quality looks solid and durability are too early to judge but my son and I had a blast. The bike has a decent speed and smooth ride. The brakes are responsive and feels solid safe. Overall this bike are 100% so much fun. Never been excited for another day ride. I'm still not sure about the customer service but some reviews says they never had problem so let see. A+ on this bike. I highly recommended it.
